Sao Thai Duong Headquarters

Sao Thai Duong Building was the first project International IPS did in term of wood fire protection in Vietnam. The owner and the project manager (Turner) had spent a great amount of effort to find out the most appropriate solution for their external cladding after the Green Fell accident.

International IPS then offered the HR Proof system – a form of clear coating on woods that prevents flame speadability. HR Proof has been tested against Euro Class B, UK Class O standard in terms of fire expansion. The system is qualified to be used in both internal / external conditions, suitable for cladding, log cabins, garages, summer houses, staircases, bathrooms, saunas, pool enclosures and many more scenarios. Critical engineering properties such as strength, durability, hygroscopicity and corrosivity are never compromised.
