Tunnel Fire Protection

Tunnel is one of the basic transportation infrastructure in the world, often built by concrete. This material is not flammable but will crack and disband in high temperature, leads to water leaking and imposes high risks for the vehicles that are on the road. Undoubtedly, fixing an existing tunnel can be much more expensive comparing to the cost of building an original one, not to mention the difficulties people may face in daily commute if the tunnel is closed.

Therefore, many countries have made tunnels fire-proofing as compulsory, including Vietnam. As a leader in fire-proofing in Vietnam, IPS International is working with Ministry of Transportation to develop such requirements, ensure the safety of our people and the surrounding environment.
