Nghi Son 2 Thermal Power Plant

Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC) is a limited liability company owned by three shareholders of Marubeni Corporation (Japan), Korea Electric Power Corporation (Korea) and Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc.(Japan) incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam.

The principal activities of NS2PC are to implement the construction and operation (during 25 years) of Nghi Son 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant Project in Thanh Hoa province under the scheme of Build – Operate – Transfer (BOT).
